We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective plastic seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do Monterey watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Monterey timepiece is backed by a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our models feature a water resistance rating of 5ATM to 10ATM. While they can handle splashes and brief immersion, we recommend checking the specific manual for your model before swimming.
