Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
